Tim has been involved in the property industry for over 40 years, building extensive experience across residential lettings, property investment, development, and finance. Since beginning his professional career in property in 1992, he has successfully amassed a substantial portfolio of rental flats and established his own letting agency to manage both his own investments and those of other landlords.
With a genuine passion for property, Tim has expanded his expertise beyond lettings, developing a successful mortgage brokering business and a thriving new-build development company. His entrepreneurial approach and industry knowledge have enabled him to continually grow and diversify his property interests.
As part of the company’s ongoing expansion, Tim is leading the launch of a dedicated block management division in 2026, further strengthening the range of services offered to clients. While the day-to-day operations are expertly managed by Lesley, Acacia and the team, Tim remains actively involved as Director, providing strategic guidance and support whenever required.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys cycling and spending quality time with his family.
