Natalie brings over 12 years of specialist experience in block management and residential property management, with an established reputation for delivering exceptional service, strong governance, and strategic asset management across a diverse portfolio of residential developments.

As Director of Portfolio & Growth at Oliver Block Management Limited, Natalie is responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the business, whilst ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across the managed portfolio. She leads the company’s client relationships, portfolio growth initiatives, and operational strategy, working closely with developers, resident directors, freeholders, Right to Manage companies, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), and investors to ensure the successful management and long-term performance of their assets.

Natalie’s expertise spans all aspects of residential block management, including service charge budgeting and administration, financial reporting, governance, legal and regulatory compliance, company secretarial duties, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and all legal enquiries. Her ability to combine technical knowledge with a commercial mindset enables her to deliver tailored management solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients and developments alike.

In an increasingly complex and highly regulated industry, Natalie works in partnership with clients to help navigate legislative change, building safety requirements, and compliance obligations. She leads a team dedicated to providing practical guidance and strategic support, ensuring clients remain informed, protected, and well-positioned to meet both current and future regulatory demands.

Natalie has extensive experience managing complex building safety and compliance projects, including cladding remediation programmes on High-Rise Buildings (HRBs). She has worked closely with Homes England, the Cladding Safety Scheme, and the Waking Watch Replacement Fund, providing her with in-depth knowledge of building safety legislation, government funding mechanisms, remediation strategies, and the challenges associated with protecting both residents and property assets.

Holding MTPI , AssocRICS & MARLA professional qualifications, Natalie combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach, ensuring developments are managed efficiently, compliantly, and with the long-term interests of leaseholders, residents, directors, and freeholders at the forefront of every decision.

Her academic background, including a BA (Hons) in sociology , further strengthens her ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, build lasting professional relationships, and successfully navigate the people-focused aspects of property management.

Passionate about raising standards across the sector, Natalie is committed to professional development, innovation, and industry progression. She currently serves as a Mentor within The Property Institute’s Mentoring Circle, supporting the next generation of property professionals and helping to drive positive change, knowledge sharing, and best practice throughout the block management industry.
